It seems new games are heading to Game Pass here soon as Spyro Reignited Trilogy appears on the Microsoft Store. What with Spyro 4 supposedly being in the works, and Activision Blizzard retaining ownership of Spyro after the split, it makes all the sense in the world to offer it as part of the service.
As pointed out by JayWood2010 on Twitter, the trilogy was spotted on the PC storefront, so it’s possible the game could be heading to Xbox Game Pass.
Its been spotted that Xbox just added Spyro Reignited Trilogy to PC on the Microsoft store.
This could suggest an Xbox Game Pass release is imminent 🔥🔥🔥https://t.co/jype7i5seB pic.twitter.com/ZW24NuVRHl

The biggest reason behind the games not immediately heading to the service was due to unspecified complications from the acquisition. This is largely why much of the studio’s games have been left out of the service, which promises a lot of games — including Day One games — for a reasonable price.
We’d suspect its next goal is to bring Crash Bandicoot to the service, as it’s also absent no doubt for similar reasons.
