Avowed Can Run “Up To 60” FPS On Xbox Series X

Avowed will come packaged with a 60 FPS mode on the Xbox Series X, game director confirms. Previous reports pointed to the game targeting 30 FPS, so this is a welcome reveal.

Game director Carrie Patel speaks to Minnmax in a rapid-fire interview, revealing fans can get “up to 60” on the Series X. No word on Series S, though.

With the question targeting specifically the Series X, we assume the game will run at a solid 30 FPS on the Series S while players can have the option of running at 60 FPS or 30 FPS on the X. We don’t have much longer to wait, luckily, with early access slated for February 13 before a full launch, complete with a Game Pass launch, on February 18.
