Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerIt looks like for console enjoyers, if they want to get Game Pass, they’ll need to pick up an Xbox Series X|S. This was something fans were concerned over, largely due to rumors swirling about and aloof statements said last year, before it getting retracted.
As an accompanying piece to the Official Xbox Podcast’s large episode surrounding the future of the console brand, Xbox Wire reiterated within its post that Game Pass will remain something of a perk of owning an Xbox (or PC). Nothing about Game Pass is changing, either, so we can still expect regular additions and subtractions and day one access to first-party Xbox games.
