That big advantage Xbox has over Sony is actually the same issue many have with the Xbox Series S.
Digital Foundry discussed recently that the lower specs of the console could serve as a base for the handheld, meaning it could already have a point of reference. Meanwhile, afterwards, well-known Xbox insider, Jez Corden, stepped in, noting that their sources informed him that seems to be the thing Xbox is doing.
Now, of course, they can’t just put the same exact hardware into a handheld device, but it is reassuring that Xbox might know what they’re doing and perhaps even exceed Sony’s rumored attempt.
