Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerMicrosoft has, for one reason or another, updated the Xbox 360 dashboard following the closure Marketplace last year.
The new update, as noted by Pure Xbox isn’t appearing for everyone, but is slowly rolling out. Following the closure of the 360’s storefront, its dashboard was kinda sad, only really having a few tiles and kind of bizarre looking.
Now, the dashboard looks much more full, introducing a much better layout for the tiles and adverts for the modern system, which just makes sense. It’s hard to pinpoint why they updated the dashboard, but it’s probably to celebrate the console’s 20th anniversary (yeah, it’s been that long) on November 22.
