Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerYou may remember back in 2019, Rare revealed that it was working on a new IP, Everwild, which would bill itself as an Xbox exclusive. Things have been pretty quiet since 2020, but it seems things are going in the right direction as Rare shares new art ahead of 2025.
Shared on Instagram (via VGC), we can see a bit of art of the game, which we haven’t heard much from since its debut trailer. There might be a reason behind that, though, as the game underwent a redesign a year after its trailer.
At the time, 2024, which would mark a decade of development, was its release year, but clearly that’s no longer the case. It’s not clear when the game will release, but we suspect more art is to come when the year ticks over.
