Overwatch 2 Diablo 4 Skin Locked Behind $40 Paywall

Activision Blizzard’s Overwatch 2 is locking an eagerly awaited Diablo 4 skin behind a pricey $40 paywall. This comes as the game itself — despite being free – continues to see its player base dwindle.

As pointed out on a Reddit post, the long-awaited demonic Lilith, Daughter of Hatred, skin for Moira and Pharah’s Inarius skin was seen behind an Ultimate Battle Pass purchase. Unsurprisingly, this did not sit well with the Overwatch community, with plenty voicing their strong opinions of the skins getting locked behind the premium Battle Pass purchase.

Previous skins of this nature could usually be obtained in-game or through Battle Pass progression without pulling out your wallet.
