No Elder Scrolls Spin-Off Is In The Works

Following the mass layoffs, people scoured the LinkedIn profiles of multiple people affected in hopes of some sort of juicy details, and what looked to be potential for a new spin-off of The Elder Scrolls series turned out to be bogus.

Timur222 was under the assumption ex-quest designer Griffin DeClaire was working on both The Elder Scrolls VI and a spin-off. Since then, it’s been wholly debunked by DeClaire who spoke with FRVR. That said, any sort of deeper searching into this would’ve mitigated the problem, as well, as the profile cited work on “unreleased” rather than “unannounced.”
