“Mythic Achievement” Looks Like XBOX’s Solution To The Platinum Trophy
If you’ve been around the block for some time, you’d probably know that Xbox doesn’t actually have a proper 100% completion achievement like PlayStation’s Platinum Trophy. Well, it looks like that’s all gonna change with the introduction of the “Mythic Achievement.”
The feature appears to be “far from done” based on achievement hunter and Xbox Insider, Stallion83. The idea, though, is a welcome introduction, especially as it can lead to more 100%ers flocking to the console if the new system is added right.
It’s not clear if the Mythic Achievement will retroactively be added to 360 or One games. Odds are once this feature rolls out to the masses, the whole Mythic Achievement will be quickly adopted by game devs who already have a completion-based Trophy for PlayStation.
