Larian Studios has addressed recent bans occurring on Xbox thanks to the adult content present in the game. This kicked off when a user reported getting banned for a year after accidentally sharing a clip of the game that’s not the most family-friendly.
Larian posted on Twitter that users who have faced this unfortunate ban should start seeing their bans lifted, with both the developer and Microsoft aware of the issue. At this time, it’s probably smart to go turn off auto uploading by going into your Capture & Share settings.
Outside of this little hiccup, Baldur’s Gate 3 is also still dealing with save issues on the Microsoft console, with Larian issuing its own workaround on Twitter until the issue is resolved.
🎮 Xbox Players 🎮
Players whose capture clips have been flagged on Xbox should now see their bans begin to lift.
Work is ongoing, and the Microsoft team is aware of the issue!
If you’re wanting to upload any clips in the meantime, make sure to turn off mature content 👀
